7 year lasting close cooperation with T-Com: HT Croatian Telecom wireline operatior with subscriber base of 2M comprises business critical, extensive and multi functional projects. ZIRA accomplished replacement of total legacy billing system for T-Com:T-HT with its product BISA based on requirement described as Legacy systems switch-off and leveraged new model of T-Com’s BSS structure. Legacy systems replacement enclosed very complex tasks known as mission critical and composed of implementation and interfacing in multi vendor environment, large scale data migration and testing.

Multi phase project approach imposed iterative products implementation of Itemized Bill production, BISA Billing for wire line network, BISA CRM for Key Customers Voice and Non-Voice Services etc.

Cooperation with GSM operator Simobil Slovenia incorporates several consulting projects for Post-paid and Prepaid market.

Postpaid Billing replacement project:

Test System development for integration, End-to End and Acceptance testing of all system interfaces impacted by billing system migration (Mediation, Billing, CRM, Provisioning, DWH, SAP) inclusive: Business requirements and use cases definition; development of strategy & test cases repository; test execution and troubleshooting; overall test  coordination including preparation of test environment infrastructure, time & resources planning.

For the project of establishment and start up of new entrant mobile operator Vip Mobile Serbia- Mobilkom Austria group, Zira provided consulting services comprised of Integration, End-to-End & Acceptance testing for Prepaid & Post-paid Market & Post-production support including remote troubleshooting.
The consulting services encompass also the following objectives: Analysis of target landscape including core NW & IT systems; Definition of key interfaces; Determination of test tasks and test types; test system development including test cases repository and test plan; test execution and troubleshooting; identification of performance assurance requirements; definition of risks and contingencies; problem management.




Project: Motorola AFIS/APIS system delivery and implementation
Automated Fingerprint\Palm print Information System, provided by MOTOROLA  is country wide project with two identical remotely replicated back ends (DB) and 24 remote frontends. BiH AFIS/APIS system is the 4th system of this type implemented in the World and falls under environment critical solutions category. With a stress on high security and confidentiality, the project goal is crime detection and reduction using automated forensic tools for fingerprint analysis and recognition.
