Our Risk Management Approach - N2B - Network-To-Business Studio is composed of the following key parts:

  1. N2B STUDIO - comprehensive and powerful set of tools for system configuration, supervision and control enabling: 
    • configuration of complex rules for data processing using Rule Factory visual builders with single-point-of-configuration for different Controls, KPIs and Fraud rules comprising all important aspects of the Rule definition
    • on-the-fly application building with dynamic builders for data analysis and reporting through the Application Factory components
    • alarm handling with full support for Case Management with configurable workflow and escalation support
    • visual configuration of all system processes in charge for data processing, operations and maintenance together with supervision and monitoring of system activities using jOctopus

  2. N2B PROCESSING: Revenue Assurance Management and Processing,  Fraud Management and Processing with ETL, Data Quality and Fraud Detection Engines

  3. N2B CONTROL – central control logic enabling fast, accurate and timely execution of all system processes

 

ZIRA N2B RISK MANAGEMENT

 

  1. N2B STUDIO - an application used to drive total solution. It is a web based application divided into two parts:
    • N2B CONFIGURATION – set of applications used for configuration and setup of all important solution concepts: Rule, Alarm, Action, Case Workflow, Application Factory Unit, System Process
    • N2B PRESENTATION - frontend UI for preview and presentation of results produced by the system aligned with saved configuration and type of user runing the application

  2. N2B PROCESSING - the backend part of the solution, fully configurable, composed of different powerful engines, divided and grouped into three subparts:
    • N2B ETL PROCESSING - layer responsible for data acquisition, transformation and load into internal objects for data processing and analysis
    • N2B DATA QUALITY PROCESSING - layer responsible for data processing and analysis
    • N2B ENRICHMENT - layer responsible for enrichment and post processing of results generated by N2B Data Quality Engines
    • N2B RATING AND BILLING - additional option of N2B RA Solution, used for rating and billing verification and comparisons

  3. N2B CONTROL (jOctopus) – process workflow management and process execution control - the controlling part of system used to manage and monitor all engines and processes
